Not-So-Funny Bunny

Today Mommy took me to see the Easter Bunny. Well from the start, it did not sound like a good idea to me. I tried to give Mommy a hint by being very uncooperative when she was trying to get me dressed. Apparently, she doesn't take hints very well.

We got to the mall around 11 and settled in at the back of the line. It moved quite slowly, and I was getting very restless.

I played with Mommy's phone for a while. Then, Daddy came to visit, but, before I knew it, it was time for him to go back to work. Then, Parrain and Aunt Kristi stopped by. They even brought me to the playland while Mommy continued to wait in line. By the time we made it to the rabbit, it was 12:30. I was hungry and cranky. I took one look at him and just knew I did not want to take my picture with that! Mommy held me while we got a "decent" photo.

When it was all done, I remembered my manners, and told the Easter Bunny "bye-bye" and gave him a wave.

Mommy took me back to the playland and then we ate lunch.

We were both so exhausted by the time we got home. Mommy tried to take a nap with me, but I wasn't in the mood for that. Finally, I crashed a little after 5... several hours after my usual nap time.

Mommy, if it's all the same to you, can we skip the bunny next year?

Piano Man

I sure love to play the piano. I'm quite good at it. I asked Mommy to take some videos to share with you.

I really enjoy my playing. It sounds great!

Playing piano really moves me! Here is a video of an original song I wrote. Listen up because I tell you the title of the song at the beginning.

Here's my rendition of Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star

Basketcase

Lately, I have a new found interest in climbing into any basket or box I can squeeze into. Here are some examples for you entertainment. Enjoy!

Like Father, Like Son

If anyone wasn't positive that I'm a Marshall, here's the proof:

By the way, in case you can't tell, that's cheesy penne pasta in my bowl.

Crawfish!

Yesterday, Mommy and Daddy hosted the family's first crawfish boil of the season. I got to spend the day with all my grandparents, Aunt Lindsey, Parrain Ben and Aunt Kristi. Here are some highlights.

First, I "helped" Grandpa Pat and Daddy clean the crawfish. I was very interested in these little guys, and I wasn't afraid to touch them.

After all the excitement of looking at the crawfish, I settled in for a nice three-hour nap! When I woke up, Aunt Kristi fed me something yummy to eat.

Wait a minute? I ate crawfish? You mean those same little bugs that were crawling around in the ice chest? That's what I ate? Neat!

After eating a few, it was time for some driving. I did have to make a couple stops back by Aunt Kristi for some "fuel".

All in all, it was a great day. The weather was beautiful, the food was great, the company was awesome, and Mommy even let me have ice cream!

I'll leave you with a little blast from the past. This is from our crawfish boil last April. I was still eating baby food. If only I had known what I was missing!
