On Friday, I went to my very first Easter egg hunt. I got to spend the day with Ava and her family. It was such a blast!
At first, I wasn't sure about all these strange, new people, and I wouldn't let Mommy put me down. But she knew just the trick: We ate some lunch, and then I was ready to go!
I joined the big boys who were playing around before the hunt. They were racing each other, and I joined in. I just love to say "3-2-1 Goooooo!"
When it was time to hunt the Easter eggs, it didn't take me long to figure out what to do. I found 12 of them! I showed off my manners by sharing my eggs with another boy, and putting one of mine in his basket.
Then, it was time to examine my loot. I got distracted though, because I noticed Ava had already managed to crack open one of her eggs, and it was full of jellybeans! I hope she didn't mind that I swiped a few. She thought it was funny when I tried to chew so many at once that I had jellybean juice running down my chin.
Thank you, Mrs. Robyn, for inviting me to come along with Ava, Jon-Jon, and the family! I hope we do it again next year!
Enjoy the pictures!
